What Do You Do on a Sea Day? - Tuesday, February 18, 2020

Now that our cruise is underway, we can relax and explore the ship. We took the day to check out the spa, play trivia games, guess Beatles' songs from one note and guess Beatles trivia, and walk all over.

The ocean was beautiful today and the weather was perfect. Many of us went up on the Serenity Deck on the 15th level to read or get in the hot tub. The Serenity Deck is for guests age 18+.

Encore! Main Show Lounge (where we had
our muster presentation yesterday).
Enjoying the view from the back of the ship.
Art for sale on the public decks
and in the art gallery.

Our first towel animal was a stingray.
Reading in the Library on board.

All that walking and exploring made us hungry. For dinner, we had an early dinner reservation for our group at the Scarlet Restaurant. We enjoyed eating there because it was way more peaceful and had better food than the buffet.

Our formal attire for Elegant Evening.

After dinner, we headed into the Encore! theater for tonight's performance:  a show called Flink. The show was creative and artsy. Below are three photos from the show.

After that, we were all pretty tired and called it a night.

Tomorrow: Cozumel.

  2. Hi MonaLiza,
We are back from our cruise already. It was Feb. 17-22.

The ship wasn't anywhere near as big as the Norwegian Bliss which we took to Alaska in summer 2018. That one held 5,000 people We loved it!

Enjoy the rest of your cruise.
