Let's Get to Know Each Other -- Mon., Sep. 3

Monday Quiz About Me – Labor Day Edition

I’m trying a new meme today, and found this at Acting Balanced via another of my fellow bloggees, Pam Smith at Mushy Cloud.

The idea is that you answer the first FOUR QUESTIONS that everyone can answer and then you have the option to add a fifth question of your own for those who are visiting your blog to answer in the comment section, along with commenting on the four standard questions you answered. Simple!!

1. What was the toughest job you ever had?
Strawberry picking in Oregon when I was 14 years old. Hot, buggy, sometimes rainy, stooping over or crawling along the ground to pick berries. Very hard work.

2. What one characteristic makes a good boss?
Communication. Tell me I'm doing a good job. Train me if I'm not. Keep me informed about the state of the company and our department.

3. How did you celebrate ‘the end of summer’?
With a six-week RV trip to Mesa Verde National Park, Black Canyon of the Gunnison National Park, Grand Tetons National Park, Yellowstone National Park, Buffalo Bill Historical Center, Cody, Thermopolis, Wyoming, Mt. Rushmore National Monument, The Black Hills, Custer State Park, South Dakota, Minuteman Missile National Historic Site, Badlands National Park, South Dakota Air &  Space Museum, Scotts Bluff National Monument, Chimney Rock National Historic Monument, Golden Spike Tower, North Platte, Nebraska, Great Platte River Road Monument, Kearney, Nebraska, National Cowboy and Western Heritage Museum, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.

4. Do you follow the fashion rules about Labor Day being the end of wearing white etc?
     Absolutely not.

My question for you is…

5. What do you consider your creative talent to be?
