After all the long traveling days, we opted to sleep in this morning. Our first scheduled activity is lunch with Bob's mom, Louise. She suggested Hash House A Go Go to us. The menu is unique and our lunches were wonderful.

I ordered chicken hash with two eggs over medium - I love the sprig of rosemary in my biscuit. |

After lunch, Louise took us to look at three different houses for sale. We didn't go in, just looked at them from the street. We then went to Louise's house and waited for more of the family to join us after they got off work.
Bob and I looked at the photos for the four photo boards we planned to make for Louise's party. Bob organized them into decades. Since no one was around yet, we started laying out the first photo board. At the beginning, we used rubber cement to attach the photos to the cardboard backing. It wasn't sticking very well. Bob headed out to Walmart for the photo corners we could use to put photos on the board. He also was on the hunt for a silver or white pen to write on the black photo boards. After going to two different stores, he came back with his prey - self-stick photo corners and white-inked pens. We had the first photo board done before dinner. Three more photo boards to do.
When Bob's sister, Laura, came home, she baked salmon with parmesan cheese and tomato on top, I made a big salad, and we had plenty to eat. Bob's brother, Aaron, brought home a small cake and we cut it into 9 pieces, enough for the eight of us at dinner.
After dinner and clean up, we headed back to the 5er for the night. On Thursday, we planned to do a 6k Volksmarch with Bob's son, Randall.
